“My favourite match of my U18 Career has to be the one I played against my Team Mate Paul Drinkhall in the final of the U18 National Junior Championships in 2008.
For the past 5 years, I have come runner-up to him in this very event, so I had a great feeling of relief and encouragement when I finally clinched the title for myself.
Many of my fondest memories have come in the team events as England has consistently had the top junior pair in Europe and we were also in the top four in the world this year.
Despite my good set of results, I remain fully aware that there is still a lot of work to be done if I am to break through as a Senior player and this is a challenge I look forward to fully embracing.”
